 Il est équipé de caméras sur mât de 42 pieds, d'un générateur, de tours d'éclairage, de téléviseurs,
 de caméras, de stations météorologiques, d'ordinateurs, de téléphones et de zones de conférence.
Mobile Operations Center est une version plus petite.
